      Offered a backup contract on a home. Sellers agent, the Ebby Realtor from Denton took a long time to respond to our agent even to acknowledge our backup... There was no communication from Ebby whether our backup was even considered by seller. Later when the first contract fell through, Ebby offered it back on the market instead of our backup. It would have been courteous to have let us know the sellers weren't interested. But needless to say, when the home went back on the market, we did NOT offer on it because of our experience with Ebby.
