  Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience with this Ebby office or their lending partner. I sold a home and purchased a home with this office and wish I hadn't. They listed my home for under the going rate and it sold fast, but too fast because we were without a home and had to move with friends for over a month. When we found our home we had nothing but issues from the lending partners. I was told I would get a call back from the manager at this location after she spoke with their VP. I waited over 3 weeks and no call back. A survey came to my home for them and I told them what happened. I still have not been reached out to by their manager. I think with my situation there was a lot that went wrong, drooped balls, and no accountability.

  Beautiful and professional office with such kind staff, always greeted at the door. Also found Mr Brantley Charles and his team at this office and he is truly passionate about helping you achieve your goals/dreams! He worked endlessly around the clock to make a house a home for our family. Two thumbs up!

  First time ever posting a review. Here's why: I went in this location to speak to someone, and possibly start a relationship for a future purchase. When I left, one lady from this office followed me into Kroger and approached me. Asking me, what I did for a living and that they were freaked out that someone like me, was liquid at my price range. Furthermore, the whole staff stood in the lobby, without being discrete, watched me walk to my car, which I would to assume to try and evaluate my net-worth, by a company vehicle? These employees must be extremely under worked and bored. Im not speaking at the whole organization. Im sure there are some great people under their branding. Thank god the town of Prosper has other fantastic Realtors. Definitely, not a good way to treat a disabled veteran, or just anyone in that matter. Hopefully, the actual leadership in this organization reads this post, and makes adjustments. A terrible representation of this company and someone else's hard work, thanks to the staff I made contact with that day. As a business owner myself, I was embarrassed for the people at the top of this Chain of Command. Please don't hesitate to contact me for any questions. That is all. Thank you

  This office has been Great since opening last Summer. The agents and culture here is different than any other office I have seen. I’m not a realtor and I love the excitement and education that happens!
