  Peter Costa is an excellent broker. As a first time home buyer, we always had heard that the home buying process was a nightmare. However, my husband and I can say that our experience was too far from that. We enjoyed the whole buying process because we always had the support from Mr. Costa. He was always available to answer the thousands of questions that we had and kept us informed of the process step by step. We just refinanced the house and Mr. Costa gave us the same attentive treatment as when we were buying. I would recommend him with my family and friends 100%.

  I worked with Peter Costa a few years ago with refinancing my house. I sought him again recently as I was having problems with tenants of mine and Peter gave me some sound legal advice that helped to resolve my issues. As a landlord, dealing with difficult tenants can be stressful and emotionally draining. But with Peter's help and guidance I was able to find a resolution and move on from it all.   Agent BEWARE, it's sad, but make sure your buyers sign a contract with you as this mortgage broker poachers your clients to work with 'his' agents. I showed my clients, friends since high school, 3 houses before they were poached. The clients and I had a long discussion afterwards and there were no issues with my services. They were mislead and taken advantage of because they had never been through the home buying process before. Unfortunately Peter Costa has avoided me at all costs.....
