  Worst customer service ever, making you wait, not solving your problems, 1 person working while 2 others are not helping the people in line. Anthony was the only one at that branch that I personally met and was really helpful!

  It is in fact a poor customer service bank, it's on my way to work and every time i had to stop there to interact with the staff to get service, i got anxious and they don t disappoint with poor service

  Show up to deposit a work check and they are closed for lunch at 2pm. Worse bank ever. Bringing my business to the bank across the street that is open. Rockland Trust

  I went into the branch at opening, waited for five minutes for someone to even acknowledge that I was there, told the woman at the counter that I needed notary services, she spoke to the manager who could have politely came to me and said that I need an appointment but instead gave the woman behind the counter a huge attitude. And when I asked her if there was a problem, she said I would have to wait a little bit for them to see me. I asked what the wait time would be, and while the manager was still giving an attitude and giving me dirty looks, another gentleman approached me to tell me it would be a 20 to 30 minute wait. As for the woman behind the counter and the gentleman who spoke to me, I have no complaints. But as for the manager, he was completely rude and unprofessional for absolutely no reason. I went outside and called another branch and they told me they could see me immediately.

  Great customer service, very nice and helpful staff at this branch. Many thanks to Nery who provided us with a smooth and quick Notary Public service couple of days ago. As well many thanks to Chris who always willing to help at a heartbeat

  I visited Citizen bank at 601 Washington street and in less than 5 minutes the translation of my daughter birth certificate was notarize by a nice person named Chris.. Kudos to Chris and Citizen bank for your kindness and great customer service

  I have an ira trust account that I opened at this branch. It's an unusual type of ira that was set up AT THE STOUGHTON BRANCH with the help of a lawyer. Monday I met with a woman there so I could move funds from an ira cd that had just matured. She wasn't able to help me but said she would email instructions to Leanne who would make the transfer on Saturday (today). I just met with Justin (Leanne was not available and apparently had not received instuctions about what to do), and he was completely clueless and called the ira main branch to find out how to make the transfer. Of course I had already gone over all of this ground on Monday, but evidently each new person I talk to has to be educated from scratch. The person I talked to at the ira department, CARL GUARINA was incredibly RUDE and CONDESCENDING. (I asked Justin to file a complaint.) Carl Guarina yelled at me and talked over me and told me I couldn't possibly have that type of retirement investment account because Citizens would not recognize it as an ira and wrongly told me that the money would be taxed. He NEVER EVEN LOOKED at the account. He just ARROGANTLY assumed he knew what it was. I've never encountered so-called business people who were more clueless than the employees at this branch of Citizens Bank in Stoughton, MA. Do yourself a favor and take your money elsewhere!

  Do yourself a favor and go to the citizens at the stop and shop down the street. The tellers here are nice, the management is unprofessional, rude, arrogant and heartless. If this was the only experience I had with citizens bank, I would close my account.

  Always able to find someone to help you do whatever you need to. Even when it's busy, the staff make an effort to make sure you're welcomed when you come in and are helped in a pretty swift manner.
