  Do NOT refinance your vehicle here if you do shipt, Instacart or any delivery side gig. They will flag it as commercial and say that you don't qualify AFTER submitting the loan. Save your credit from being ran if you do deliveries for extra cash. Even if it is every so often. They told me that they submit applications regardless and will not let you know that they don't accept people who do side gigs until after the credit and application is already submitted. I think it should be known in advance to save someone's time and credit from being ran if they know that they will NOT accept someone who uses their vehicle every so often to do deliveries. So don't waste you time if that is the case for you. IF you decide to refinance elsewhere ask if they will accept you for using it every so often to make deliveries, if they say no, save yourself the time and look elsewhere.

  My card continues to decline and if there was a concern of fraud I'm not getting any alerts. Yet they allow me to make small transactions. So to test it I paid my bill $15 at a time and did this 4 times but if I tried to do it in one lump sum it was getting declined. I've had enough with all the constant inconveniences.

  Went there for auto loan. Gave Vin for van and they ran my credit just to tell me they can't give a loan for the van because they consider it comercial. Prior to running my credit no mention of not financing "comercial vehicals" was mentioned!

  Both tellers in there were very professional. Janessa was the one that waited on me. Had to re update our address, and then asked for new checks. Very efficient. 😊

  Amazing, everytime I go in. Very friendly tellers, and helpful
