  Early Bird Real Estate was a total game-changer in our home search! Before we worked with Early Bird, we were lost and hopeless about ever finding our first property. Finn, our Early Bird realtor, worked with us for more than a year to find our income property/home.   After looking at our property, Finn created a marketing strategy. He created a 3D image with a drone he operates, took nice pictures, and wrote a great description of the house. He knew exactly how he was going to sell our home. At first I wasn't sure if his strategy would work but decided to leave him alone. I wanted to raise the price of the house but he felt we would get more people looking at it at a lower price. As soon as he put the house on the market we started to get a bidding war. We sold the house in about 3 weeks. We got the best price of all the similar houses in the area. He was able to close escrow in 15 days! Also, Finn managed the tasks we couldn’t take care of since we had already moved out of the house and were no longer in the state. He handled everything — like getting it painted and throwing out some of the things we ended up leaving at the house. He made it so easy for us. The other best thing about Finn is that he’s an honest and kind person. I would recommend him to anybody that wants to sell or buy a home. He also made great suggestions about things that I didn’t even think about when I was looking for a house in a completely different state. He is a great consultant and took great care of us.

  My husband and I had an amazing experience with Egan! He was very patience with us as we looked for the perfect home. We were open to a few different areas and whenever we went to view a property, he knew the history of the home, the area and the surrounding neighborhoods.   In a market of so much uncertainty and bidding wars in Los Angeles, Ca. I had a blessing of a first time homebuyers experience. We were referred to Finn Egan from a close relative and from the first day he has been so informative and helpful. Within the first week he had a list of homes for us to view the following weekend. We decided on the first home we were sold. It was a tricky real estate experience dealing with a probate sell, but in Finn we trust he really stayed on top of the entire buying process. He has plenty of connections for any part of the home buying princess from demolition to remodeling. He also helped us with pre approval that then lead to the actual financing of our home.
