  The worst service I have received on Earth. I wish I could give zero stars. I lived in 3 different countries from 3 different continents, but never experienced being ghosted and such a horrible customer service. I am searching customer service FOR WEEKS, i could never connect to an associate. I am right now, at this very right moment, trying to connect to an associate on the phone. It is IMPOSSIBLE! I have a single person who is kind of my representative in this branch. He gave me his phone number and email and asked me to reach him for any questions. I sent him emails, I called him many times, he never responds. I am afraid if he is dead? I am not able send any money to anywhere, it is like a joke..... I decided to cancel my account. Never get an account from this bank.. As a response to the owner's response (since I am not able add a direct answer as in chat): I do not use Twitter or Facebook. Also why would I share my private banking information from the message section of a social media platform? Does that make any sense to you? Why not your colleague just simply answer my e-mails or call me back? Or the customer service?

  This branch had been closed for over a year for a remodel. At first Bank of America was on the fence when it came to a remodel or completely closing the branch for good. I guess enough customers have them an earful about pulling out of Hollywood without good options for local businesses to get branch support. So they ended up doing the worlds slowest remodel. The remodel is finally finished and the branch is once again open. The remodel looks nice and it did make some sense. The teller widows are now upfront near the main entrance and they now have more private consultation space for their financial services further in. The biggest change that will affect most of their customers to some degree is that they no longer have 4 ATM machines on the front of the building. One of the ATM machines was removed as part of the remodel which now leaves only 3 machines in a fairly high foot traffic part of Hollywood. I guess time will tell if this will be a problem in the future. Still, it is nice to have an open branch back in this fairly high density part of Hollywood.

  Sold my motorcycle and had to deposit a large amount of cash. Small wait but understandable given the times. Teller was super friendly and assisted me, no complaints.

  I have never been treated with such disrespect in my life until visiting this location. I went in to withdrawal quarters from my account & my sisters account (which I had full access to) & after the bank teller processed my sisters transaction she then pauses at mine. We go back & forth with no resolution so I asked for a manager. The manager Silvia Lopez (she’s proud to be rude) says to me that I can not with drawl the quarters from my account because withdrawing from another pardons account (which whom I once again had full access & the pin of) was not allowed. I then ask Silvia to provide me with a documentation on the policy so that I can come to an understanding. Silvia tells me that there is no policy in writing but that it’s common sense knowledge because it is fraud. Listed below is the definition of fraud: 1a : deceit, trickery specifically : intentional perversion of truth in order to induce another to part with something of value or to surrender a legal right was accused of credit card fraud. b : an act of deceiving or misrepresenting : trick automobile insurance frauds. I think Silvia she recheck her common sense facts because she obviously doesn’t have any. I felt like I was discriminated against because of the way I looked & that of a bank manager can’t provide policies to stand behind their discrimination they should be evaluated. I will be reaching out to Silvia’s boss to let him know how she is treating people & I highly recommend that if anyone reading this can avoid going to this location please do.

  This is the closest Bank of America from where I live the only reason why I usually go to it cuz it's so close. But be warned just like many financial institutions you'll be waiting in line at the teller for a while. but if you just need quarters you can go to the woman that's walking around. However my one big downside is that a few times a week they seem to close all of the gates to park. Basically putting you either in harm's way on sunset boulevard or not being able to park at all on the side streets due to West Hollywood curfew. Not sure why they have the gates closed some days and other days not. Right now it's 6pm on a Tuesday and the gates are already closed but the ATM says that they're open until 10 at night. If they want customers at this place make it easy for them to park in the lot. we understand that homeless people maybe squatting but isn't that why you have a security guard there?

  Constantly understaffed, often to the extent they're not able to have tellers available for common services. There's no way to know if they'll be open or able to help prior to arriving as they don't have a phone that gets you to a human. Complete waste of time - today the manager on site told me he wasn't able to assist, and sent me to another location for help THAT WAS ALSO CLOSED. This branch is literally the reason I'm switching banks today after over 2 decades of banking with BOA. Susan - I see your reply and I'm not resorting to social media to resolve my banking issues. A solution as unprofessional as this entire operation.

  I had a problem with a wire transfer because it was misclassified as an ACH transfer. I ran into the bank in a panic and the relationship manager, I think her name was Annia, was unbelievably helpful. She kept calm, helped me reinstate a new transfer, and even waived the fee for the trouble. 10/10 service. Also, I noticed most folks their spoke Russian. So, if ya'll need Russian speaking bank tellers - this is your place.

  This Bank of America location has the Worst customer service!! The teller and loan officer were both extremely rude and uncaring. I have been a customer at Bank of America for nearly 40 years. These bank employees need to learn manners. Shame on Bank of America in employing such worthless employees!

  This branch is the absolute worst that I have ever gone into! Soon as you walk in you see that there are at least a dozen people ahead of you and there’s four tellers by the time you get halfway up they have dropped down to two tellers and sometimes one. I have spent over an hour just to make a deposit and this is unacceptable! I will never return to his ranch again!
