  I’ve come in to Elliott Salter Pawnshop a few times while on my lunch break at work, and every time I have gone in, I have found something cool to buy. Not only do they have a pretty nice selection of assorted tools, but the guys behind the counter are really nice, and have always given me a fair price for whatever I was getting.

  Elliott & his staff are ALWAYS professional & friendly... doing business there is never high-pressure as they are consistently fair, honest, transparent & up-front. The stuff they have for sale is the coolest & fairly priced. I couldn't recommend a pawn shop more than this one.

  I suppose there are all sorts of people who find themselves selling their belongings at a pawn shop. And all sorts of reasons for doing so. I bet there are those who wake up each day, get dressed in their positivity pants and sell their things because they are buying nicer, more expensive things and they remember that old adage, 'one person's trash is another's treasure.' Well not me. I don't have pants. (I had to pawn them). And so we have the other type of person. Like me. Someone for whom life has happened rather harshly and in an effort to sustain and survive, we find ourselves selling sometimes precious belongings. While this may sound a dreadful and demoralizing endeavor...somehow at Elliot's, it is a pretty good time. As far as the prices, he makes more than competitive offers. If they feel they aren't the best place or don't have the appropriate audience for your item, they will point you in the right direction. The guys who work there are the best. Of course once you pawn or sell your its you are likely to spend the money before even leaving the shop. Between the tools, the musical instruments, the jewelry, the typewriters, the knives and the list goes on. Yay Elliott Salter's Pawn Shop.

  Always friendly and helpful. I have been a customer for over 20 years, and Elliot’s is the only pawnshop I will use. Great selection of music gear also.

  Elliott Salter’s Pawnshop is my favorite pawnshop in town. Great deals to be had and always fair when I need some pocket money for my stuff. Dave, Joe and Marc are great and really helpful
