  When you're dealing with finances, you want the people you deal with to be honest, professional, responsive, and to keep you informed. Scott and the people with Eagle Lending did all that and more.   Scott and Allison are great to work with! This is the 3rd time I have used them. Twice for refi's and once for a new home loan. In todays crazy market time is of the essence and you have to be able to close quickly. In my case I waived the finance contingency (unnerving). I got a quick pre-qualification, and loan approval within a week, and we closed on the home in less than 4 weeks and that included a holiday. It's great to have someone working for you that knows what it takes to get it done quickly and efficiently. No last minute surprises or requirements. Allison gives great guidance and advice through the approval process and very knowledgeable on real estate transactions and keeps everyone involved in the transaction on their toes (attorneys & realtors). I give my best recommendation and will definitely use them again!
