  A truly spectacular experience working with Jeff Zulauf. I highly recommend him. It is a very sellers market and it is critical to get things done within a tight timeline while not compromising the quality. Jeff is a hands on manager. He is an expert with a very likeable character, and was always available to address our questions or concerns. It was a stressful process, and it was important to have him by our side. Jeff also gave us the best offer (lowest rate and overall costs) out of the three we had; it was unbeatable! Still, I see the low cost as a minor point, shadowed by the highest quality and timeliness of his service.
