  This is my second financing with Nations First. The first one was a refinancing and the second (most recent) was the financing of my new house. I worked with Tejas both times. Tejas is a very pleasant person to work with. He made the process very simple and hassle free. He is dependable and available to you at any time (though I felt bad calling him at odd hours when I was traveling out of the country). He is trustworthy and a man true to his word. He ensured that the financing was done on time and had each step outlined with a date so that I was constantly aware of the process. With my house purchase, he had become such a close friend that he even came to see the house and made some invaluable suggestions. In fact, he made sure I purchased the right house (we switched from the original house we were buying). As you can imagine, the switch came with a lot of paperwork but he took care of it with a smile. I had become so used to speaking to him several times a day that I miss speaking to him on a regular basis these days :). You will not go wrong with Nations First and definitely not with Tejas Shah!

  Quick, easy and painlesswith full transperancy. Even if its your first or 5th time, TEJAS SHAH (Nations First Home Mortgage) made it really easy and comfortable for us. TEJAS SHAH was our loan officer and he is very knowledgable. He stayed with us throughout and made us feel better by answering every question we had.   Great lender to work with. Right from document collection till closing they did it in 2weeks. The fastest closing I heard and get to experience myself. One improvement I suggest is it will be good if the closing attorney can come into the house for completing the closing. Considering current situation it will add a lot of value to the reputation.
