  My experience with Paul was amazing, we were able to refinance our home with a great rate. I appreciated his communication, professionalism and knowledge. He was upfront and communicated with candor; this allowed me to make solid decisions. In addition, Paul was accessible. If he was not able to answer my call, he would return it within the day and answered emails quickly. Finally, he was able to take all the knowledge and experience in the industry and obtain a good assessment, push through tricky and complex matters and follow through with his initial proposals.   Paul Kwon and EA Lending were phenomenal to work with! I used them for a refinance of our home and it could not have been easier. Paul was extremely responsive with our calls and emails and did most of the mundane paperwork for us. It honestly could not have been easier. We were so satisfied with his professionalism we were even willing to give up 0.05% on our interest rate, but Paul matched it! We are so happy we ditched Rocket Mortgage/Quicken Loans and moved over to EA Lending.

  As a first time home buyer, we had completely no idea how and where to start for getting a mortgage. Started with a loan officer to whom our realtor introduced us. It worked out pretty well during the pre-approval process. However, once our offer got accepted and got into the real home buying process, working with his staff members was not the happiest moment, and there were many confusions and lost in communication with the team. Not satisfying experience at all. In addition, the rate they offered was quite awful and worse than the average, and I was wondering why I had been working with them and whether or not his team was the only option I'd had. Paul Kwon was introduced by my brother in law and his close friend. It's not a big mortage firm, but if you had one phone call with him then you would know how insightful, resourceful and creative he is since he has 20+ years of mortgage banker experiences. Every single step there after turned out so well. He has tons of different resources and flexibility to find the best rate ever at the moment, and I didn't even need to do anything but just waiting for the closing. Still often think of him and just grateful for everthing. I won't hesitate to recommend him to anyone I know and will definitely come back when I have other opportunities.
