  I am rating a 3 because they did remove a few discrepancies off of my credit report. But the 1 star reviews you read were correct. They are very unprofessional and after your money is taken you don't hear from them again.

  I came to this company by word of mouth and then followed on social media (Instagram/Facebook). I came because they advertise as a credit and financing firm advocating for financial freedom and financial literacy. FINANCIAL LITERACY! You don’t get any of that. They take your money, ask you to do most of the work, don’t educate you and , then.. DON’T RESPOND. My time and money is very important and when I say time I mean business is done with great timing, and to wait on someone you paid to complete task and help you on a financial journey within reasonable timing, is a disservice. I’m not in the city of Philadelphia any longer, but that shouldn’t matter. Sad. Unreliable. Unresponsive. Unethical. Unfair, to those whom don’t have a larger following to boast and praise. I hate to play with my time and money.

  Credit medics is awesome place to help you with credit repair and building credit. The staff were very professional. I had a consultation about month ago and with the amazing experience, education and motivation I was given from Credit Medics I am now on the road to the 700 club and applying for some business credit for my LLC. "2019 I smell the 800 club if I follow the tools I learned".

  Credit medics was Not only a education experience but a great place to work. So if you come in with the desire to do better and follow instructions from the knowledgeable staff. Than you will do will at rebuilding your credit. BEING RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR OWN ACTIONS, is a first move..Credit medic is Not responsible for personal set backs.

  After being let down by two different credit repair companies I took one last leap of faith and enrolled in the Credit Medics program. Rhonesha and the Credit Medics team was knowledgeable, personable, honest patient and incredibly generous with their time, and resources. They answered all of my questions and took their time explaining credit my history and worthiness. I've learned that repairing credit and buying a home can be challenging but Rhonesha and the Credit Medics team made the process seamless. Because of their great customer service and the team assisting me with meeting my goals. I will highly recommend the Credit Medics team.

  I wouldn’t go as far as saying a scam but I definitely would say, there’s got to be better. My experience was less than stellar. I found out about this business by stumbling onto a real estate event and decided to sign up for a consultation to see what other info I could obtain. Well, uh... never again. My appointment was with Rhonesha. Firstly, at the event, I was told that my consultation would be $50. I was also told that I needed to pay a deposit. I swore I did but they said I didn’t. I arrived expecting to pay $50 but was told it was $100 at the end of my appointment. Ok fine, I didn’t have proof so I just paid it. The consultation was basically me just asking questions and her making 0 suggestions. I got 2 pieces of useful information out of the entire “consultation”. The ROI on this was in the negative. They wasted my time, I got 2 bits of useful info and I was out of $100. Not a good investment, use of money or time in my opinion. She also kept making critiques such as “where are you getting your information from?” Regardless of where I got it, that’s why I made an appointment with you for clarity, confirmation and correction of previous sources. Anyway, My appointment was scheduled for 4p, I wasn’t seen until after 5p. She did not, nor did any of her staff apologize for the wait nor did they make concessions or accommodations for the inconvenience and compromising my time. While I was waiting I had the displeasure of overhearing completely inappropriate conversations. I wanted to support this business but it backfired. I had good intentions and was looking forward to my appointment. So much so, I left work early, cancelling afternoon appointments of my own. However, I personally wouldn’t refer them to anyone. Zero professionalism, shoddy service.

  Your services have got my credit scores up, I've learned much from your post everyday and the one on one consultatations...When I shared with you I'm was scared to call my debtors and negotiate..your response was "Scared! For what?". You took the time to explain and even was so thoughtful and willing to see me increase my scores..you had your staff type out the instructions for me, my husband, and daughter.I was so embarrassed to not be literate in money management and credit and you encouraged us to Stand...My credit is up 150 points in 2 months...Im in the 700 club now...and it feels good...your tremendous knowledge has helped us to not get those Gucci shoes or LV and to pay for your services. Best money I ever spent... Just purchased a new home/cash money..its paid for, renovated, and ready to rent...thanks to you! My hubby credit came up 100+ points, and going. Daughter went from no credit in June to 750+ in September. Jada is the bomb..I only wanted and trusted you to handle our credit but your staff is educated on credit and guidance very patient, friendly, and respond quickly. No joke went to a Fiduciary/ Financial Planner white boy from a prestigious University and has a very elegant office but does not have the depth of knowledge you have!💯 You really deserve a honary degree from Universities because your knowledge is PHD level...you a bad mamma jamma!   Kayla was very helpful and friendly, she also has a good sense of humor. She really helped us narrow our focus with great information. I really appreciated the fact that there was no pressure on you to purchase right now and because of that we chose to purchase services.   For a long time I was afraid to take a look at my credit report because I was so use to getting denied for everything. Credit Medics staff was very knowledgeable and educated me on so many things that were affecting my credit scores. Thanks Credit Medics I am now in the 700 club.
