  When I tell you this was one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had in a very long time. Ms. Marcy is the Best!!!! She broke down the best options for me, didn't give me the run around and the honesty and realness is what really made the difference. The whole process was simply and straight to the point I'd definitely recommend EZ loans but only this location lol I'm biased right now. Ms. Marcy is a pleasure.

  Awesome first-time experience! 👍 Marcie, the branch manager of the location, assisted me and was happy, helpful, and got me the loan I needed with a smile through the whole process! Absolutely would recommend the business to anyone in need of a loan, especially first-timers like me! Stop on by and ask for Marcie! She is the branch manager of the location and a great agent to assist people with an easily solvable financial issue! 👍👍👍

  I went to EZ loan about a week ago and right before I arrived I had taken a bad fall and skinned me knee, Ms. Marcie and Ms. Flow both showed so much care and concern for me and did all that they could to make sure I was cared for properly. After I cleaned myself up Ms. Marcie sat me down and proceeded to assist me with my loan. The whole process was so quick and easy Ms. Marcie even gave me a ride home as she was heading out the door herself to keep me from having to wait on the bus to arrive. I highly reccomend this place once you arrive they take you and treat you like family.

  So today I met the Manger at this Claymont branch and she was the best She helped me understand and explained detail for detail however i am going to rate the Bear LOCATION a -1 star that lady Lyn i think her name is judge me off the first time seeing me I step into her office with my children and she looked at my paystubs and said it was fraudulent How dear she she didn’t give me the time of the day and made me come out of character in front of my children I even went as far as asking for corporate number and she gave me a false number I was very unhappy and disrespected and I don’t think she should have a job or she need to get retrained because I really felt unhappy. When she could’ve don’t the same explaining the lady at the Claymont office gave me she helped me understand instead of accusing me and sending me by my way thank you( I forgot her name sorry but your still the best)
