  My name is Jack Burks and I have been a long time customer .. Kim is usually the one who helps me when need be. She works hard to find the best policies for me . People often say you should switch insurance companies after 5 years . Never would I leave Dwight and Kim and all the rest of the staff as long as they’re in existence! Love you all !

  Krystle Altman at DR - State Farm is an awesome agent. She handles nearly a dozen policies for me and has found ways to both increase protection and reduce costs. She is the most responsive agent I have every worked with, 5 stars for sure!

  Started with StateFarm the first year I moved to Florida from Alabama. I’ve been with them throughout high school and now in College.I love this company! It’s more than just car insurance as I’ve found out throughout the years. Miss Kim is my Agent and I wouldn’t trade her for anything in this world. You know when a person does their job for the money or because they do it because they actually cares, and she definitely cares for her customers, and that’s something I’m truly grateful for. I will forever be a loyal customer to StateFarm as long as I live!

  Brie is awesome. She thoroughly explained everything. She cares about her clients. She knows her products. She is excellent with people. I would recommended her to anyone looking for insurance or who has questions regarding their current policys.

  The entire office is great, very efficient. Anytime I have questions, the office explains and break downs any billing concerns I may have. The Spanish customer service Reps. are so sweet and make you feel like family. I suggest anyone who wants an agent who cares, is honest and fare to come here :)

  I am on first name basis with Krystle A.! She is very efficient in her areas of expertise. She answers emails and return calls in a timely manner. She has helped me obtain car insurance, flood insurance, and most recently a car loan. I am big on customer service and Krystle has definitely delivered.

  There are too many experiences to mention in all the years that we've carried our business and personal insurance with Dwight Richterkessing State Farm! So many that I can pronounce and spell his last name with confidence! We've watched him grow professionally and personally since he first opened shop in the area and we are completely satisfied customers!
