  Jimmy from Liberty Loans helped us with our 1st mortgage, and then again with our refinance. Very excellent and competitive rates comparatively. He explained EVERYTHING in a way that educates you through the whole process without making you feel stupid. (Literally holding your hand every step of the way.) The 1st two mortgage companies I was working with did none of that. Finally about to be fed up, somebody referred me to him and it was a match made in heaven.   Jim and his team were highly recommended to me. As a retired real estate broker from another area, I Know there are the good mortgage broker companies; but there r more bad ones. This was my son’s first real estate purchase and he abhors paperwork! Being able to do all online was a first for me, and certainly saved the day for my son. Btw, this old school broker will Only do online from now on. EVERYONE I dealt with, even to the simplest query, could not have been more competent or pleasant.   My experience with Liberty Loans was so pleasant from start to finish. I have a VA loan and was worried in the beginning of how difficult it would be but I must say the process was so smooth and quick also. I recommend them for your mortgage needs. So professional and made me feel like the whole team had my best interest from start to finish. One last note I would make is usually after you sign you never hear from them again but with Liberty they actually took the time to email me days after just to make sure everything was good and just to see how much we love our new home, and WE LOVE our new home.
