  I went online and saw pl wanted get. Then call to acquire and was the rental and was told go online to submit request. However even before seeing pl these mfs ran hard inquiry on my credit repor. When ask I was told by some unprofessional person they had right!! Hellooo I didn't even see place yet didn't make sense run credit after!! But l didn't even end up liking it smdh!! This is Connie Carlisa Paye and someone did run my credit without my permission or consent. I saw 4 properties in Glen Burnie. I dont appreciate being called liar. I am only stating the facts. Thank you

  Hello Carlisa, unfortunately what you are saying is completely untrue, we DO NOT run prospects inquiries or credit unless the prospect pays the $25.00 application fee AFTER viewing a unit. Furthermore, we do not even have record of showing you a unit let alone running your credit.

  They are MAJOR con artist....they will try to nickle and dime you at every step. I have have the misfortune to renting form these guys for the past 2 years. In the middle of summer last the heat went out. I have to wait 2 days for the electrical to come and look at it. They first sent a carpenter- some idiot that dont look like he had a clue. My basement is leaking and every time it rains the basement floods. I have complained about this for the past year, they come and look and still they basement floods when it rains. I was warned but the rent was cheep so I stayed but thank God I am about to get out.... you too are warmed, make sure you keep everything form them and be very handy with your tools, no one will come and effectively fix anything

  Let us get your facts straight, you rented from us for 2 years, which meant you chose to stay with us, your heat went out in the middle of the summer, we are based in MD, not Alaska, you were warned but the rent was "cheep" and now you have "warmed" other people. Really?

  The responses to reviews on this business are sickening and extremely unprofessional. I’m a family member of a current tenant who pays on time but still has to wait for even the most basic maintenance issues. That and having them wait around the house all day, only to not have anyone come is just bad business. I thought their experience was just bad luck but after reading these reviews I see otherwise.

  Just reading how the company replies to negative reviews in such a childish manor is making me uneasy about renting with them. They seem very unprofessional in dealing with tenant's complaints. Edit: Like I said childish to bring up my domestic violence and child support situation that they looked up on Maryland’s case search website.

  Tahjze, at first it seems amazing that you would attack us unprovoked and for no reason. It would seem as simple that if you feel uneasy in any way, that you just would not rent from us, but you do have an agenda, don't you? It is ironic how you use the word childish in your attack, be sure to tell Antonio we said hello, hope all works out for you both.

  I seen buddy and his crew were next to me working in the houses next the me bring stuff in and house the houses with sheet rock and stuff they all looked very professional and looked well mannered

  I would like to thank the workers for Dunne Wright Services after a large storm in our area we had a large building that was tour down by the wind. A crew of workers that were working in the park cleaning up they came over and helped me remove all of the building but helped place it all in a dumpster and had it taken away. They also helped the rest of the park clean up after this huge mess from the storm thank you. Also we called about a lift pipe that goes to our septic tank was leaking the very next day they showed up and fixed this messy and smelly problem thank you for your fast service.

  At first my opinion was very low. However once made aware of the issues and the severity of the problems caused by the previous tenants they have been going out of their way to fix the issues and make my home pleasant and safe for myself and my children. Thank you D&W

  Dragged me along while I was attempting to secure rental, and rented to someone else. Couldve said "yay or nay". Ended up missing another prospective propery in the 2 weeks they claimed to have been looking over the application i paid to submit. 😑.

  My name is shantell and I have been renting from d&w for going on 5 years there has been a couple issues that I get stressed about but nothing that hasnt been fixed that's because I know me and I have no patience lol but all in all this place has been great to me and my family. Im a single mom of 5 with a disability trying to work a part time job and every time i have had a issue with rent or anything concerning rent they have helped me and I appreciate it mrs linda who takes the payments is so kind dana and Amber are two of the nicest ladies you can talk too Chad Jr is a great maintenance person who has tried his best to help me with maintenance issues anyway that he could as fast as he could because he could tell I was frustrated and pat he is just a all Around understanding guy and nice guy at that who has told me tons of times that they are not in the business to put people out and I been here with them all thistthis time and im in living proof because I have had tons of issues in my personal life trying to take care of my children and been without a job and they have been right here with me with Suggestions on how to take care of things so im happy they are a great company to be with despite the issues that some are writing and I have a great home in a great neighborhood were I feel safe and I love that!
