  This place raised my blood pressure today after calling to get some understanding about my account ..the customer account representative was rude and too busy to answer my questions . I just opened this account 2 months ago and not sure if I’m pleased with the attitudes that some of the employees have

  Been with DuGood since I bought my house in 2009. The best rates, great service and now a branch almost next door (Major Drive & Delaware). When I closed on the house, I got a credit card with like a 8% rate and $500 towards closing costs. Who does that?? I do 99% of my banking online and I love their app. As a software contractor, I've traveled around the country a lot in the last 20 years. Take my word for it, after dealing with many of the national banks most of whom treated me like horse manure (I'm looking at YOU, Chase), DuGood is a keeper.

  Im totally upset i bank with them and i call and they are so rude to me. Over the most simple of task. The ladies act is if they do not want to be bothered over the phone and ver different in person. I will be switching to neches soon
