LaToya Fleming1I literally gave the mortgage officer my information to do a soft check and was told that I would get a call back to go over what I needed to work on…. And absolutely nothing no call back no update… but I have the inquiry on my credit report…. Thanks for nothing

Dee Money1Do not work with them! I spoke with a guy I think his name was Kevin, he was working with loan agent Jake. Well he was very SHARP talking and would cut me off. He was rude and seemed short tempered. Well anyway, they judge you based on income. Once they say we couldn't afford much, they got our information and never contacted us again. It is wrong to treat lower income people any less. I felt discriminated against. They were happy go lucky with me until they saw we could only afford a cheap house. You don't treat people any kind of way. Word off mouth can spread and can affect business. As I have shared on my Facebook and had several people say they won't do busy with them!

Joshua McKinney5Brian Riddick is one of the nicest and honest people i know. He lets you know what is going to happen before anything is started and i recommend using his services and company when looking to buy a home. His demeanor is family-friendly and he will always get back to you if you have any questions! Him along with the Agent he put together for me has made the process go so smoothly and effortlessly easy. Sincerely, J McKinney

Christopher Martin5Contacted Andrew Techanchuk and put in a loan application. He called to confirm that he had received my application and would follow up with me on Monday. Never heard from him again. Tried to call, email, and text time over several weeks and he never responded. Very unprofessional. A simple, sorry I can't help you would have been good enough. Update: Andrew did eventually call back and apologized profusely. I’m not sure what happened, but either way we did eventually end up closing with Movement on our house. So happy ending after all

Anonymous A.1Using this company has definitely been a roller coaster ride of emotions and stress. It was such an easy experience in the beginning, one of those "too good to be true" moments for a first time homeowner. Then, a couple of days before closing, we had to scramble to restart the loan because of negligence to follow up with me for months on their end. While I remained compliant throughout the entire process, the customer service was absolutely poor and was all done through email because my requests to discuss this matter over the phone were completely ignored. Every day, they needed new documents from me after telling me the previous day that "that was all that they needed." It would be helpful if they would have some kind of checklist of documents that you need to completely close rather than when you call to follow up, they have a new document for you to search through your archives to find. It took a few days before I could consistently speak to someone on the phone, who finally expressed some kind of sympathy for the obvious frustration and anxiety that I was feeling on my end. That part--I did definitely appreciate.--and that was from an assistant and not even my actual loan officer! We ended up closing a few days after the original closing date, thanks to that assistant, and I just wanted to share this experience with all of the first time home buyers out there to hopefully encourage them to make sure that if it seems too good to be true...it probably is.

Joseph Wright1My worst mortgage experience ever!!!! Ray Ward is the most unprofessional mortgage officer I have every dealt with. He continuously pressured me daily with harassing rhetoric to turn in things that were beyond my control at the time. He took me through the whole process to only deny my loan by telling me regardless if I bring in the document I would be denied. My EMD was paid. House inspected. Bank accepted my offer. Terrible experience.

Angela Lane5My Husband and I were blessed to work with Brian K Eudailey. Brian we can't thank you enough for your professionalism, expertise, and hard work in helping us find our home. Also, special thanks for keeping on the promised schedule and getting this entire process completed expeditiously. I will refer you and your "go get it professionalism" to anyone looking to purchase their dream home. Thanks from the bottom of our hearts.

Krystle Jo Gravatt5We bought a house in Jan 2013. It was with a complicated loan program, our Processor, LO, LOA, and Underwriter were a joy to work with! It went so smoothly that we plan on buying a second house fairly soon, and are already working with our LO to find a great program to work with our finances! Overall the experience was fantastic and the entire team at Movement were generous with their time and patience with us as first time homebuyers

Jonathan Fox1I'm in real estate and set out to help my sister and her husband buy new construction in Bristow, VA. In my 11 years in real estate selling over 15 million per year, I have rarely come across a more dishonest and shady mortgage company. I wont bore you with the details because that would take pages, but I will say without hesitation that anyone looking to get a loan should not trust their people or process. It's garbage and downright unethical. Find a good lender -- they're out there! Stay away. I am now cleaning up their mess which may cost my sister (nurse) and her husband (cop) 30k due to Movement Mortgage's business practices.

Amy Alexander1Anyone considering selling or purchasing a home should not use Movement Mortgage or Senior Loan Processor Jeremy Allenbaugh. I do not know how this man became a "Senior" Loan Processor as he seemingly hands out pre-approval letters like pediatricians hand out suckers. We are/were on the selling end of a loan that fell through with him. If this man knew how to do his job we would have been aware that the buyers were denied way before a day before we were supposed to close. He had assured us from the beginning that they were willing to extend the loan after conditions had been met. This couldn't be farther from the truth. Buyers and Sellers beware and steer clear of this company and its representative. Like · · Share
