  We came to Mr. Hussein after we had our hopes dashed by another lender, who told us it is not possible to qualify for a loan for our dream house. He spent time thinking of ideas and ways to help us. His team worked hard on our case, even to the point that we were recognized just by our first names when we called. Priti looked at everything with great detail and kept us informed of each and every detail. We were quite anxious, but Mr. Hussein kept telling us not to worry and made it happen for us.   It was a great pleasure in refinancing my home through the Dream Home Mortgage Company. Hussen was great in explaining the entire refinancing process and the expected time in our first meeting. The staffs were very professional and courteous during the entire refinancing process. They walked me step by step on the refinancing forms to prevent from errors and to finalize the closing on time. My closing was done on time as per the time frame I was given by Hussen. I would specially like to thank Vaishali as she was a great help during the entire refinancing process.   I found the Dream Homes staff very professional from my very furst call to closing. They explain me in detail all the requirements and helped with very useful advise to furnish any missing or additional documentation for a smooth underwriting process.   Just a 5 star review isn’t enough to elaborate the service I received from Ms. Ritu Khan. This is my second time dealing with Dream home mortgage and where other employees provided me professional service first time but Ms. Ritu took the ownership of my refinance application this second time dealing with Dream home mortgage. Now, there is a difference when a person just works to be compliant and when somebody takes the ownership of a loan application as if this is his/her own loan application. From the Day 1 she started working on my loan, she made sure there is some progress made every single day and updated me on daily basis. She is highly knowledgeable and always remains a step ahead of the game. For example, she took each and every single document that an underwriter could possibly ask from me and as a result, I received a conditional approval with almost no condition to fulfill before the final approval. I can keep writing on and on to appreciate her but it will still fall short. Now this may sound exaggeration but trust me, I am one of those person who only write a review when received bad service/ product. But, this time I felt like it will be so much injustice if I don’t write how exceptionally professional, courteous, and knowledgeable service I received from Ms. Ritu and Mr. Hussein Panjwani. Ms. Ritu is a great asset to Dream Home Mortgage and one should feel blessed if he/she gets the opportunity to work with Ms. Ritu for their new loan or refinance application.
