Jeremy Cozart1Worlds worst bank!!!! I was with the same bank for years. Originally it was Viewpoint and then they merged with legacy to become Legacy Texas, which both were excellent banks. However, as soon as Prosperity took over it all went to hell. I could leave soon enough. Their customer service is nonexistent. They hang up the phone on you, if they ever answer it. Worst back ever hands down. Both my wife and I had separate account here and had the exact same experiences. DO NOT USE THIS BANK. YOU WILL REGRET IT. Not just this location Prosperity Bank as a whole!!!

Tom G1I have been a member of this bank for over 20+ years. Since it has become Legacy Texas. I have been treated like complete dirt. I have had to go to other banks to get things funded or just have simple things done. No one with this bank cares. NONE. I have been talked to horribly by more than one employee. Once right in front of another employee. Did anything happen. NO I have been extremely calm up until now. The final straw was today after i had to go tracking down a loan application that i submitted over a week ago. The system says next business day. Only to find out that i was again being tossed out like trash. Just a flat NO was told to me. Not hey lets look at some other options that could help you or if you can check on a few things on your end. We might can make something happen. I know you think that this is just someone mad because they was turned down. partly yes but mainly because not one person has rolled up their sleeves and exhausted all their efforts trying to make something work or at least send me in a direction to fix some things. This is the 3rd time. But why is it that another bank has helped me twice with no issues. yet i still stayed loyal to this bank. Well not any longer. Please for your sake. Do not ever deal with this bank or the cold employees.

Charles Rice1I have had an account with this bank for a long time (maybe 30 years). This is the forth name that it has had. Since it has been called Prosperity Bank, I have not been able to get a hold of customer service. Once I was on hold for 40 minutes before I gave up. I have tried several times with the same results. Before this change customer service was fast, courteous and helpful.

Julian Cardenas1Awful bank for small businesses. If you’re thinking of opening a business account here, go down the road. This bank used to be something nice, but since Prosperity has taken over it’s been a nightmare. I will be taking all my money out soon and finding a better bank.

Rosa Med1They took more than 15 minutes in the drive thru, I was the first car waiting on them and two cars that came after me were dismissed first. It is so annoying to have to wait so much just for a simple deposit. It is not the first time they take this long. I’m actually here taking my sweet time writing this review while I wait on their slow service. Been here since 10:46 am now it is 11:07. I’m am sooo late for work.

Mmm Sss1This used to be a great bank. Over the past couple of years they have gone downhill. It seems like every time I go into a branch to handle anything banking related some part of their system isn't functioning and I am told that I will have to return in a couple of days after it is fixed to complete what I need to do. They have also recently added a "chat" popup box that blocks whatever you happen to be reviewing at the time on your account. Obnoxious and unnecessary. Not always too much of an issue to close the box and move on, but when you are doing a line by line review of records and you suddenly can't see what you are reviewing and have to start over it goes beyond obnoxious. I'm not sure why they think that their customers are so stupid that we can't find a "chat" link under their "contact us" page if we want to chat. And when you ask their customer service people if there is a way to keep this from repeatedly happening, their response is, paraphrased, "We don't care what you want regarding how you interact with your account, we will do whatever we want to do and you can find a way to live with it." They should take whatever portion of their IT budget is being wasted on the "chat" mess and put it toward making sure everything else is fully functioning at all times.
