  I have worked with Ruben Lopez since 2013 when I bought my first condo. At that time he was the only one able to find the type of mortgage I needed and he was incredibly trustworthy from day one. I just finalized my 2nd refi with Ruben and his team at Draper & Kramer and not only were they a pleasure to work with, but also incredibly thorough, everything was explained even before I had questions and they put my mind at ease knowing they have my best interest in mind. Ruben reached out this year to let me know rates were low and I immediately jumped on the chance to refinance once I looked at the numbers. He locked in everything just before demand kicked in high gear - I am incredibly grateful that he was proactive to let me know about the rates early on. Ruben is the absolute best and no one compares (including friends who are brokers!).
