  Dan is simply the best. He takes the time to answer all your questions and guide you through the whole home buying/refinance process. He just helped me refinance my home as a "non-owner" occupied. I own a duplex and one of the units is occupied by my parents; the other one by renters. My parents are older now and looking to retire. Thanks to Dan and the rate he was able to get me, my parents can now live in my home rent free, while the house pays itself from the funds collected by my renters. Thank you so much, Dan!

  Just worked with Dan to refinance my mortgage. He got me an extremely attractive rate. He worked with the bank closely to expedite a process bogged down by ever changing rules and added fees. He got our family locked in, and held the rate as the bank made some unforeseen requests. Arguably, the banks have been extremely hampered by the increase in requests to refinance homes in recent years. Dan was simply an asset. Time really wasn't a factor as much as the inevitable rate change. So, for Dan, making sure rates stayed locked was a priority. He made sure we were granted extended time to complete any added requests by the bank. Dan is absolutely invaluable in these situations. He's an incredibly patient man and is willing to take the time to explain the many intricacies of this process. He has also acquired two separate homes loans for my family. It's really difficult to put into words how much Dan has helped my family financially. This review is hardly worthy. I hope to offer a sense of authenticity when I say Dan is one of the best Loan Officers I will have ever met and look forward to working with him again in the future as needed. Thanks Dan!

  I CANNOT say enough good things about Dan Marchiando from Paragon Mortgage Group! If I could give him more than 5 stars I would. I have NEVER had such a pleasant experience with ANY other loan consultant! After several rejections from other mortgage brokers my wife and I had almost given up on our attempts to refinance our home. Because I am a small business owner/ real estate investor my income varies from year to year on our personal tax returns. To qualify for a new loan I knew it was going to be a very difficult and encumbering task. I contacted Dan and decided to give it another shot before interest rates started to rise. I was skeptical, discouraged and honestly didn't expect our loan to work out. I gave him our tax returns and all the documentation he needed. A couple days later he called us and said I think I got the numbers worked out so I can get you a loan. He submitted our loan to the new lender and we were approved for a loan with conditions. Dan guided us through our loan approval process masterfully. He even got us an even lower rate than what we were expecting. He made everything incredibly easy, NEVER gave us the runaround and never made any false promises. He kept us updated every step of the way and even stopped by our house to have us sign some loan documents. Dan is very experienced and highly knowledgeable of the mortgage process.   Whether you are an experienced or a first-time home buyer, you will undoubtedly be impressed by Dan’s knowledge and service as a mortgage broker. Not only is he experienced and savvy, but he is also always willing to take the time to answer any questions you have or explain something about the home buying/loan process.   I was overwhelmed with the process of buying my first home and I was unsure what to expect so when Dan provided advice and answers it was a great help. He explained my options and the steps involved in the ordeal of buying property which helped reduce my anxiety and he was patient with me in dealing with any questions I had. There was a lot more paperwork in this transaction than I have ever dealt with so it was nice to have Dan there to go over it with me and make sure I understood things. Thanks Dan!

  Not only has Dan given me excellent advice on my mortgage over the years but he recently secured a very low interest loan with no points for myself and my wife. Also, he made it as painless as possible and brought the docs to my home. I believe there is no better mortgage broker and I'm sure there are many not as good.
