  I FINALLY GOT THE HOME!! It was a nightmare getting everything done on time but Brother Mubashir Ali, hats off to you Sir did a fantastic job and made it happen. He went above and beyond and helped me with every single step. He did signed me up for the Borrow Smart down payment assistance program by the government and saved me $1000 towards the closing cost :-)

  I had the pleasure to refinance my mortgage through UIF and closed it today 11/4/2020. The Area Manager, Ahmed Anabtawi handled my application professionally and was able to close it within 60 days during this busy time as promised.   I recently had my mortgagee refinanced through UIF. And, I couldnt be happier about how smoothly it all went. Br. Mubashir Ali from UIF was very courteous always and answered all my questions in detail everytime I spoke to him. This was our first re-finance so had many questions and he was always there to answer them.   Here is my take: I am new to this process. I have contacted by Brother Mayzer Ramadan to buy my first home. I am looking in East Brunswick, NJ area. He responded all my queries with in 30 mins time period. Right now I got the pre-approval quicker than I thought because I provided all the documents that were asked in the 1st step in Br. Mayzer's email. I will update my response as I progress in the process but for now 5 Stars. Update on 9/7. I was able to close the deal on time. Brother Mayzer Ramadan and his team did a wonderful job. My experienced with UIF is completely different and Allhumdulillah very easy as compare to my friends who financed their homes with other Faith based financing institutes. Brother Mayzer did the hand holding throughout the process. JazakAllah.
