  The staff and especially the Loan officers are amazing, I have used them for my Business for two years but me and my family have used them for 20 years. When I applied for a SBA loan I have a lot of confusion but Brandon Gates took the time and showed great support and help that far exceeded my exceptions. I would recommend this bank to any one, I was raised with my family using them, and now I'm going to raise my family using them.

  They accept life for what it is, which all banks should. Their bank accountants are truly dedicated to helping their customers understand their own money...lol there's been multiple time they waited for me or rather she did!!!! She's super smart professional and laid back. This one is for you girl...thanks Jackie is the best!

  AFTER A VERY LONG RELATIONSHIP W/ A WESTSIDE BANK I CLOSED MY BUSINESS ACCOUNTS N RAN. I WAS REFUSED HELP TO GET A PPP LOAN ( ACTUALLY LAUGHED AT BY LOAN OFFICIER WHEN ASKED FOR THEIR HELP BECAUSE I HAD NEVER HAD NOR NEEDED A LOAN). A random act of kindness 5-6 YEARS AGO when at ANB remembered, I made the argious move one year ago with both of my business/ savings accounts. NO REGRETS!

  As a entrepreneurs, real-estate investors, and small business owners, we literally cannot say enough about how amazing they have been to do business with. They stream line processes, solve problems BEFORE they happen, have the highest level of communications possible, and facilitate growth. They are an amazing addition to our economy and culture in Colorado Springs. If you want to be treated like a person with potential instead of just an account, use ANB Bank.   They closed my local branch at Garden of the Gods road (they deserve four stars too). The employees are professional and very friendly. I wish the bank was open on Saturday (even for limited hours) because of working during the week makes it difficult to bank during that timeframe.

  Local business owner and native of this town. applied for a commercial refinance. Manager and underwriter ran the deal around like a used car dealer. My credit was around 800 and my property had plenty of equity. Nothing but games. They ended up refunding appraisal money after i called them out on super low appraisal of property. They valued my property at 470k. when i had another appraisal done it came in at 985k. Feels real crooked. Very disappointed in this banks tactics.

  The staff here are always kind hearted and give you a warm welcoming! Just attended 25th anniversary of this location and was gifted with lots of awesome presents! Happy bank member here!

  I like this bank. But this location the ATM is down like 50% of the time. Is the Bank broke that it can't fix or replace the ATM? Asking for a friend.
