  Norm provides a very smooth and organized experience when buying a house. All of the paperwork was done when it should be and there were no delays. He made the experience of buying a house very stress free for my wife and I. He is very helpful and goes the extra mile to make sure that his customers are taken care of.   I have had the honor of working with a few of the individuals that run the Colorado Springs location Downtown.   Matt Shtatman and his team are the best! My preapproval came in fast. They sent me shopping for my new home feeling super confidant that there was going to be no problems with my loan. Everything went smooth. Matt is smart and experienced and very friendly. Between him and my agent I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Matt kept me aware of how my loan was doing with each step in the process. We closed right on time.

  This was my first home purchase and I don't think Norm, Tracey, Jacquelin (processor in Denver) and the realtors (recommended by Norm) could've done a better job. They took care of me at every step. I ran into some massive hiccups regarding taxes along the way but they made sure home ownership was a reality for me.
