  Hello to everyone using Google. In all honesty I have no doubt in my mind that the team here at Down Payment Assistance Arizona allowed my experience buying a new home to be rather enjoyable. As for their correspondence, they went over all available programs (the home plus program worked for us), and explained the pros and cons to each one. Not once did I feel any pressure to do anything. They always were free to speak on the phone and responded to emails quickly. Despite our business being concluded, I'd feel totally fine calling them up with any follow up questions and having them answer them. They're that kind of people. Really, really great, and I couldn't recommend them more.

  By far the best broker I've found in the Phoenix/Chandler area. I had a hard time getting approved for a loan prior to this, but they helped me get past that! Before coming here my home purchase situation was what most would call too far gone, and the previous lender I tried working with declined me 38 days after my application. I was stuck out of my protection period, and had a realtor who was not great whatsoever. However, then I met with Mike's team, and they turned everything around for me. They put me in touch with a solid realtor, and took great care to help me through the weeds that had grown around my case. In the end of it all I ended up waiting about a week to close on our new, awesome house because no one else was as fast and up to date as Mike's team. Couldn't be happier with my experience using them, and would definitely use them again in the future.

  They went above and beyond the call to help us with the home buying process. As we needed to make use of a first time home buyer program, they were always on top of things. It didn't matter when I had a question, especially with time sensitive things. Mike was always very fast with his responses. They helped not just in getting the right program for our down payment help, but even when it came to getting everything else we weren't sure how to get as 1st timers. Everyone we spoke with throughout this process agrees that Mike's team is definitely the best in town.

  This is false advertising. It is a mortgage company. There are several licensing violations here with this business listing.
