  My boyfriend and I are first time homebuyers and Michael Freidhoff made it so easy! He walked us through every step of the process and answered all our questions. Our interest rate ended up being lower than expected, and our closing costs and monthly mortgage ended up being pretty much exactly what Michael quoted us. I would highly recommend Fairway!

  Refinancing and buying a home is a big undertaking but the Tubbs team made things easy from the very first step until closing. Most importantly I didn't get the feeling that I was just a number and to be someone to make money off of. Everyone I worked with made the process painless and I felt at ease the entire time. I will definitely be recommending my friends and family looking to purchase/refinance. I have nothing but great things to say about the Tubbs team, they were true advocates!

  Wishing I could add a higher rating at this point because it is above a 5 star experience with Fairway Mortgage. I've been working with Brian, Mike & Christian throughout our entire home buying process and they have been crucial to getting everything done in the short window of time we've given them. Not to mention, they've gone well beyond the normal call when it comes to helping a first time home buyer like myself. You'd be foolish to look online for anyone else. They have a team of rock stars who are going to thoroughly help you the entire way, answer all of your questions and truly take the stress out of purchasing your home.   Doug Caldwell our loan office was very friendly and easy going which helped make this complicated process a little less intimidating. We had some unique challenges which he helped us address and stuck with us while addressing the challenges. He kept us abreast every step of the way! Greatly appreciated all his help! Definitely recommend him !
