  Kris Price was very personable and explained what was necessary to accomplish sometimes complicated requests. Kris was available day and evening to get back to us . The process was long because of some complications on our side but Kris was up to every challenge.

  I’ve worked with HFG and Jill Vavro when I purchased my home several years ago. It was a painless experience so when it was time to refi I contacted Jill. She returned phone calls, answered email and provided updates all the time. I was never left wondering where I was in the process. I was provided advice rather than pressure about refinancing and provided me with options that would work with my budget. I’ve referred friends and co-workers to her when they bought their homes and they’ve gone back to her for their refi needs too. She definitely works hard to make sure the process is easy.
