  I just renewed for my 3rd year at Dove Valley and let me just say that there is a reason that I am still here. It's in a great location with I-25 easily accessible 10 minutes east on Arapahoe and Parker Road is just down the street. THE OFFICE STAFF IS AMAZING!!! No matter what I've had a question, or issue, they have always been quick to respond and provide a solution, if necessary. The units are spacious and there isn't anything to complain about. The only complaint I have ever is due to parking when they re-do the blacktop on the parking lot but that's to be expected. I have no problem giving Dove Valley 5 stars and highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for apartment living.

  This place has been AWESOME!!! The staff is always quick to remedy any situations that arise. I had a smoke alarm beeping and I replaced the battery as an able bodied human but it continued to beep. As soon as I let the staff know, maintenance was at my door 5 min later!!! What service!!! I have read a few of the reviews below and feel they don’t reflect the community where I live and experience at all, couldn’t ask for a better place to call my home! The new valet garbage is great! Thank god there aren’t any more garbage cans out 24/7, the community looks much better with this move! It’s a shame that after folks leave they find an issue, usually of their own making, and turn against the property and staff. Reading that they didn’t replace light bulbs or unclog toilets, or other items normal people do is BS- this isn’t a resort or a hotel don’t forget to take care of your own stuff people! Also, I appreciate how the staff protects its current residents especially from those other residents that don’t follow the rules, for instance if you own a dog and leave it off leash and it kills another residents dog, you deserve to be kicked out. Period. Thanks for 2 awesome years!!!

  My wife and I just moved here to Colorado, and we were needing to find a place quickly! So we came across these apartments, and Jessica was there to greet us with a huge welcoming smile. She gave us the grand tour and gave us a nice home that fit within our budget and space needs. She helps answer any questions we have, and is a super delight to chat with.   I got a job transfer to Colorado recently. I have not lived in Colorado before and had to choose an apartment online without having the luxury of seeing it in person first. I did a lot of research and came across Dove Valley apartments. I reached out to the front office to get more information. Hunter in the front office was not only able to answer all my questions but also made the entire process as easy as possible. I had so many other things to deal with in regards to moving, that it was a huge relief to have one of the biggest things, my apartment knocked off the list with as little headaches possible. When I finally got to see my apartment I was blown away with how nice it was. Everything is modern and up to date. The bathroom is huge with a nice garden tub. I lucked out with a 3rd floor apartment facing west. So from my bedroom and balcony, I have a beautiful view of the mountains. I cannot say enough great things about this apartment. This is also the only apartment I have ever moved into that had a welcome basket in the apartment for me. It was a bunch of cheap little kitchen stuff like measuring cups and spoons for cooking but it’s the thought and gift that counts. As a Customer I feel that I was truly “Wow’d” by Dove Valley apartments and from the great customer service that Hunter provided. I am excited to call this my new home.

  By far the best apartment we have lived in here in the Denver area and we have lived in some great ones. Excellent price especially considering the location and quality of place. The management has been amazing and very helpful when issues have come up. The matinence guys take pride in what they do and do it right the first time. They have taken the time to stop and help me jump our car battery after it died. Our apartment was clean when we moved in and they take great care of it.

  My experience with Dove Valley has been over the top. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and had everything ready to go which made my move in go smooth. Grounds are clean and maintainance has been great! My overall experience here has been by far the best I’ve ever had with living in apartments. I would recommend this place!!

  I've lived at Dove Valley for over a year, and I like it. It's in a great location, nearby DTC and good shopping areas. It's in a pretty quiet location except for the occasional air plane. The actual apartments are pretty nice. HUGE bathtubs. My only complaint is that some of the layout is wonky in my apartment, i.e. room door and closet door open into the same space. Maintenance has been very good. We've had a couple of issues, but they were resolved within a working day. They have a very friendly pet policy. They are one of the few apartments that allow huskies. As a result, there are many dogs and there is generally a dog in the dog park. The fence is a little too short in the dog park though. The staff has been great too. The organize a lot of activities for the complex. At the end of the pool season, they have a dog swim day and everyone brings their dogs for a swim in the pool.

  My experience with dove valley is good. It has been only a month since we moved in and it has been great. I will update my review again with more feedback after few months. Jessica in the leasing office has been very attentive and very helpful. She is kind and very well spoken.

  "Beware, don't ever think of leasing apartment into this community. All five star reviews are fake, don't consider it. Check out all reviews on Google & Yelp and then decide." I am writing this review based on my stay into Dove Valley Apartment. The most bad experience. One star is too high for them, most bad staff I have ever seen in my whole life. Apartment and location is good but services and staff is just most bad, how the management not taking any action for their staff. They will charge you anything and will not give any right reason for charges and if you ask they will speak loudly and start creating issues for you. Most bad people. Important things is they will never pickup any call ever, just try it by your self. Try yourself calling on the number provided on website, automatic system will keep you confusing and no option to talk with any person, funny things are at last system will tell you to call 911 and help your self. Their phone system is indeed true to call 911 and suing this all people and apartment company. THIS PEOPLE MAKE THIS PLACE TO HELL. DON'T EVEN THINK TO TRY THIS PLACE. Advice to top management : Fire all your current staff (office, manager, maintenance, everyone) and get some new fresh staff with good customer experience training.

  Moved here a couple of weeks ago and Erin in the office really helped me. Aaron...part of the maintenance staff also took care of my short list of small repairs right away done rightvthevfirst time. Parking is not a problem here. Storage a challenge as my last apt. Was a bit larger but working through that. The grounds are maintained well. Its a gated community so its peaceful generally with minimal neighbor commotion. I recommend Dove Valley.
