  Alpha Recovery Corporation is an extremely professional environment to work in. The pay is steady, the bonus structure is attainable. The training is thorough and they take great care to make sure as a collector you are up to date and ready to work with debtors. The company is so focused on great outcomes we sometimes forget to grab some afternoon coffee and appreciate the tremendous work a collector puts into reviving accounts. I love helping people with past debt take that first step toward resolving forgotten obligations.

  wanna give a shout out to Patrick Horsman. he made the debt collecting process very easy and comfortable. he actually left voicemails. he left his direct line wich was very comforting knowing i was dealing with the same person for my transactions. he returned phone calls and worked with me. others should look to him as a roll model in the work place.

  Worst company with worst people I have ever contacted with. Extremely rude and have no intention to listen to you at all. I have been trying to explain my situation to them and still got harassment phone calls by them with a rude attitude. Once the officer literally said:"Can you even understand me?! Are you listening to me?" and hang up on me. Worst experience I have ever had, and I recommend this company to spend some more money on training their officers on how to communicate with other people.

  Although working with a 'Recovery' company is not something people may normally want to have to deal with, I am pleased with all aspects of working with Alpha Recovery Corporation. Here was the situation: our collage age daughter signed (unbeknownst to me) two leases for dorm/school apartment for the school year and I thought she cancelled one of them ... but my daughter did not follow up appropriately - and I forgot about (did not realize) I was still on the first lease (as co-signatory), so was on the hook for the 2nd apartment/dorm lease, which she never checked into or used, ever. There were back-due monthly payments, late fees, and penalties, etc. As the 'co-signor' of that lease, I was never informed by the landlord, but ultimately contacted by Alpha Recovery (to my unhappy surprise)... and informed about the situation. Then, after phoning my daughter she came clean that the lease was not cancelled and she did not find a sub-let. OK - after my frustration and anger passed, I phoned Alpha Recovery back and worked with them to settle the matter. They were polite, kind, informative, and helped me resolve the matter that was ultimately satisfactory. Like I said - not a good situation and my daughter will have some explaining to do when she comes home on break - but Alpha Recovery was polite and professional through the process. Thank you.

  Very kind and professional staff. Patrick helped me work out a payment plan that fit my budget and let me choose the dates. Owing a debt is not fun, but its my fault. This company makes the process as easy as possible.

  Having been diagnosed with metastatic renal cancer and having a kidney removed I have been unable to work because of a combination of my condition and the COVID19 outbreak I was not able to pay my bills and a considerably large loan (33k) was acquired by Alpha Recovery Corp for collection. Mr. Ray Vincioni was very understanding and compassionate about my circumstances, he helped me get a settlement of $8k. I am forever indebted to him because I would not have been able to pay this bill otherwise. He is a true asset to any company he works for.

  I spoke to Patrick who insisted that we should talk about payments. I am currently looking for a new job. I informed Patrick, nicely that I can't make any payments until I start working; furthermore, when I start working I will reach out to the company that I owed the original debt too. I might as well have said that I was going to set him on fire. He got very upset; apparently, this company makes no money if you pay the original owner of the debt. I plan on paying my debt directly to the original owner now. No collection company should be this rude, expecting you to squeeze money out of the local rocks.
