  My wife and I first met Tom Morgan in 2019 when we bought our first home. He was very professional, answered any questions we had, and provided excellent service. During the pandemic we contact Tom again to look at refinancing. We actually refinanced twice, June 2020 and April 2021. Our mortgage is less then what we paid for rent. I can't say enough good things about Tom and Dominion First Mortgage.

  If I could give Tom Morgan and Dominion First Mortgage ten stars I would because I know I am not the easiest to work with. I am particularly grateful to Tom Morgan and his team! I came to Tom with a 500+ credit score and he did not turn me away. He thoroughly explained what needed to happen and not only was I at the closing table four months later, but received an exceptionally low interest rate on a 30-year fixed loan. He was patient, knowledgeable, and dedicated. Not once did I have to leave messages and wait for a return call. He was always readily available even outside of normal business hours which is more prevalent nowadays with such demanding schedules. Tom doesn't just talk the talk he is a man of his word, results driven and literally does whatever it takes to get the job done. Thank you for doing such a great job on the purchase of our new home.   We just finished our third closing (second refi) with Tom Morgan at Dominion First Mortgage Corp. and it was as great/smooth as our first. Tom has always been professional, supportive, honest and to us, is the best in the business. Our credit scores haven’t always been the best, so initially, it was a little difficult for us to get a mortgage, but Tom worked with us, explained what our mortgage options were, made sure we understood each option and the decision points we needed to make, to get to the mortgage, interest rate and monthly payment that worked for us.
