He's with you every step of the way to make sure that you have a smooth process and get the Mortgage that fits your situation. I've been doing business with Jeremy since 2014 before Peace Home Lending was birthed. I can always contact Jeremy with a question and he's always available to answer no matter what time of the day.

  An unexpected opportunity to buy a beautiful property near the beach dropped into my lap around Thanksgiving. With limited knowledge of how to go about acquiring it, another break dropped into my life when I was referred to Peace Home Lending. Jeremy Harridath and his team jumped on the project with all the experience, skills, and efficiency of their wizardry and the keys to my new home were in my hand before Christmas. Through all the mind-bending paperwork, red tape, and time constraints of finding and processing a mortgage though, the personal interest shown for my particular needs and concerns was touching and the most impressive of their qualities. I cannot recommend Peace Home Lending more highly than I do!

  My husband and I took advantage of the recent low interest rates and "explored" refinancing our townhouse. I say explored because our case was a bit sensitive. We worked with Daniel initially. Daniel (Donny) is very personable and patient. He heard our case out and was extremely thorough. After initiating our files Enoch came on board and interviewed us cross-checking everything! These guys are very thorough. At first pass, our application did not fair well but again these guys were remarkably patient going back and forth with us to leave no stony unturned. Eventually they were very creative and because they know their field so well, our application did pass! We are happy to say our object was met. Thank you Donny and Enoch!

  Daniel and Enoch at Peace Home Lending were helpful in my refinance in January 2021! They helped my wife and I to get a conventional refinance for the first time in Virginia. They were professional, and they put the efforts in to assist my family with our refinance of our home!

  Jeremy and the team were very helpful. Once I submitted the initial documents needed, I was quickly given an estimate. The team worked very hard to make sure I closed on the scheduled date. Everyone was very respectful and friendly. Jeremy went over my options with me and I was happy with the final outcome :)

  I've worked with Jeremy for a long time, and have purchased several homes, and he has been my mortgage broker/advisor for each of the homes. He provided me with very prompt service, pretty much 24 hours a day -sometimes even while on vacation! I would have a request for a pre-approval, and he would send me one immediately, after doing his due diligence on the back-end. He provided excellent customer service, by answering all my questions on purchasing a home. He was very patient, and knew the subject very well. He provided me with multiple scenarios, and gave his opinion on each. He advised me, and guided me throughout the purchase. I have worked with other lenders before, that didn't give me this type of service. I would definitely recommend Jeremy to all new home-buyers, as well as experienced home-buyers, so that you can see the quality of service provided by Jeremy!

  We recently closed on the purchase of a new home and were extremely satisfied with the service Peace Home Lending provided us. Jeremy and his team were always accessible no matter the time of day and were patient and helpful in walking us through the process, the importance of the requests that arose, etc. It is also worth noting that Jeremy and team were able to move us through submitting an offer, going under contract, and closing all within 30 days while facing a pandemic. That alone speaks volumes, and we look forward to working with Peace Home in the future.

  I have worked with Jeremy for the first couple of homes I purchased. He has been on point, and guided me through the whole process, thoroughly. He always provides me with the best guidance! Unfortunately, he’s currently not licensed in North Carolina (but I know he’s pushing for it, thanks Jeremy!!), but I have still called him multiple times for advice on my mortgages, and he spent his time for me, knowing I wasn’t getting a mortgage through him. This is what all customers need! This is why I will make sure to go with PHL as soon as they’re licensed here! I know I’m going to get the best possible deal. Thank you Jeremy, and looking forward to hearing when you get your license in North Carolina!
