Not only did Debbie drive into the office in the middle of the most recent ice storm so I could close but her and Nick went out of their way to assist me with some homestead issues I was having. Rita Perez1If you think the Title Co. doesn't make a difference, you're wrong. I dealt with Kendra Brown, Amber Makhani, Kat Moore, & Erica @ the front desk. I had a closing at this Title Co. on 7/19/21 and still haven't gotten paid. I wasn't going to write a bad review because we're all human and make mistakes but this has gone too far. To begin with, the communication is extremely poor. They actually cut a check to the seller while my buyer was still signing documentation. While signing, I informed the closer the #'s were not right and she ignored me. Before leaving the office I informed her again and she told me everything was fine, that it had been handled, to not worry, etc. I believed her and left. However, I had a bad intuition and went back to clarify because something didn't seem right. Well, it wasn't right. They assumed something and didn't bother to ask for clarification, which caused a mess. The listing Agent and I had to spend our entire afternoon clarifying for them how the transaction should have been because they interpreted the agreement a certain way. Even after I had informed them it wasn't right on multiple occasions. Since they gave the check to the Seller, the staff wanted to cut my commission or the listing Agents by 1%. I have never dealt with anything such as this. Unprofessional because the Manager never offered an apology. They became defensive instead of owning up to the mistakes. I sent an email inquiring about my check and they didn't even reply. They had the receptionist call me to let me know the mail was returned because they don't deliver to P.O. Boxes, which is absolutely ridiculous. They somehow expect me to believe that nonsense. Do they think I would actually believe that lie? They never sent my check. From the beginning, the survey wasn't ordered. They had to find someone to do the survey on a rush, which most likely my client had to pay extra money. The listing Agent was angry and he apologized to us. It's no wonder they put out all the cookies, doughnuts, candy, and junk food to compensate for their lack of professionalism.

Maribel Mireles1Very bad experience, I lost $50K because the escrow office didn't send the funds to the lender on time. She didn't even let me know that she sent the check overnight to the lender. She always made me under the impression that she will wire the funds and told her to send it before 3:00pm and she told me that she has until 5:00pm. I don't even want to put the start but I have to in order to post it.

Mike Scott1I am ashamed that I recommended this location to a client. Because they did not have a bilingual person on staff, without asking the client or anyone involved, they moved the file to another office. The client had requested to simply speak to someone there in Spanish, not that they transfer the file. In addition, the person at the new location still did not get their job done in a timely manner. More than 2 weeks after the title order went in, they still have nothing. There is no sense of urgency or apparent willingness to work with others. I will never recommend another client to this office.
