  I think 🤔 this was the first time I walked into a dollar loan center an was NOT greeted. Without a hello or hi, no how may I help you. And if corporate doesn't believe me look at film and audio from Oct 25 2021 9:15 am. Not also was that a first they stopped helping me to answer phone calls and help other people that were waking in like I wasn't a customer that had walked in... Wow and I been a customer for like 5 years now..

  I usually get helped by Rosie whenever I come here, I saw all the bad reviews so I expected something bad, but it wasn’t like that at all. Rosie was super quick and very friendly. She answered my questions and concerns. Sometimes I need to do the loan through the phone and she makes the process very simple and easy to follow. I would highly recommend this location, they have a great staff.

  I would recommend Dollar Loan Center, especially this location if your looking for a loan. Daisy helped me get a loan, she knew what she was doing and walked me through everything very thoroughly. Very friendly staff and good Customer Service.

  They lie. In the tv commercials they say your credit doesn't matter and that they still will approve you for at least $500. Turns out it's all false advertisement. I applied for a loan and provided the paperwork they asked for and they only offered very little supposedly because of my credit. So I believe it's an agency based on false advertisement and lies. Very poor service and quality!

  Don't waste your time! Flood the air with wack lying commercials. Say all u need is a paystub, id, & utility bill. Lying!!!! They run a credit check, when they say they dont! They call ur job, and still don't give U a LOAN! Don't waste your time! If you had good credit, you wouldn't go to them anyway!
