  Ms. Alicia is great! I'm new in town and she worked with me and helped me get a loan! The staff here is professional and courteous, especially with an impatient person such as myself, she is absolutely wonderful! I give this Dollar Loan Cent 5 stars!! I'll always come back! Thank you Ms. Alicia and Ms. Chantel for everything!!

  I was in between a rock and a hard place during the holiday season and they were very helpful making ends meet. Alicia was calm and overextended all her resources to getiing us extra cash during a critical moment. Highly Recommend

  Ashley is super nice and she let me talk her ear off about my life. 🤣 Thanks, girl! The process was really quick and convenient. I was able to upload all of my documents online in a member portal, so I didn’t have to carry any mail with me or drive back home when I didn’t have the right date on one of my documents. I appreciate you, DLC! Don’t be broke, y’all!

  They make you say out loud you full name, full social and birthday no matter how many strangers are in the lobby and standing near you. Ashley was absolutely obnoxious. She would give told us bare minimum information, and only after making multiple trips she would only divulge a little more. She asked for mail but then said it had to have a date and the after another thri said that the mail had to be within a month. I feel she should have been up front with that information. When we left she told us that she was going to keep our paycheck subs and application on file so we may return. We'll when we returned we were informed that it was in her shred bucket and they were about to shred it. I wouldn't recommend this place. So unprofessional and complicated. Don't be surprised if someone steals your information. If I could I would give negative stars.

  Alicia is absolutely amazing. She is helpful takes time to make sure you understand everything. She answers all questions. Absolutely amazing and we need more like her. I feel people like her should get $1-$2/hr raise.

  Today I tried to apply for a $500 loan. I make about $4k+ a month, but my credit is far from perfect. Within a couple hours, I called to see what my status of my online application was, and the rep said that I was approved and all they needed was additional information to pick up my money nearby. Moments later, they called me back and told me that they got an answer from corporate indicating that I was not approved. Some advice, if you know an applicant has bad credit, whether they make enough money or not to pay it back, don't flip-flop. Be sure whether they quality off the fly. Now I will have no gas or cell phone until I get paid on Friday.

  I personally havent had an issue with this store but ai have witnessed them being kinda mouthy and rude towards people who just didn't understand the policies with the loans. I wish this location would allow people to log into their company website and print the paystubs out. This is 2019 and hardly anyone receives paper paystubs anymore.

  If your recent check isn't over 700 dollar's every two week's they won't loan to you, so make sure you have a monthly income of 1500 just to get a $100 loan.. Dollar loan center needs to change their new radio advertisement it's not easier to get a loan with them they just upped their loan amount

  The staff is extremely rude and very unprofessional. They do not answer any questions and not knowledgeable about there own loan processes. Asked for a manager and the employee puts you on hold for a very long time. Do not do business with this company as they will attempt to waste your time.

  Good staff lower rates than most payday or signature loan places started off with low loan amount but can work your way up with on time payments. Reports to credit beareaus.
