  When I walked into this dollar loan center I wasn’t sure what to expect to be honest, but I was greeted immediately and felt welcomed right when I stepped foot inside. I was getting help from the loan specialist named Miriam, she was so professional, well mannered, and mature, so much so that I thought she was mf like 27 years old. Turns out she’s 20. But anyway her customer support was superb. Recommend this dollar loan center

  Ashley Bower is totally “Awesome” she was very professional and courtesy. She explained the entire loan process in terms that I could understand with no questions. She is definitely an asset to your company... Whom ever hired her made the perfect choice.   I adore my girl Ashley G.! She has been excellent to me ever since her employment started in 2017. She has a wonderful personality. Hey guys, if you want above and beyond customer service please visit Alfonso and his staff at the Nellis and Sahara location. They strive to take care of your financial needs. I have been a customer since 2011!

  I paid on my current loan with them on friday at about 6pm. Applied for more funds and never got a call like their website claimed I would. Now i am stuck without funds and not able to register my vehicle even though they were supposed to call me and now they are closed. Definitely filing a bbb complaint. Be lucky if you get another payment out of me. I'm disputing all charges.

  Employees can be a little bit unprofessional. They talk to you as if you going to give them a disease. Not too friendly. Whenever I pay off my loan I will not be going back to this particular business.

  On my recent visit to this Dollar Loan Center I was going with intentions of getting a loan. I wasn’t able to get approved at the moment because I was missing some documents. But all of the staff members were very nice and informative. I will definitely be coming back again to this location to finalize my loan.
