  It’s a hit and miss as to what type of customer service experience you may encounter. If you are dealing with Jen, you will have the most positive experience ever as she is so sweet, kind, attentive and as friendly as can be but if you are dealing with Christine, then you’ll have a mediocre experience. Christine is actually the opposite of Jen, she’s not rude but she is completely opposite from Jen. She made me log out and back in my dollar loan center account 5xs as if there was an error on my end and all the while she was the one who forget to submit something on her end and she brushed it off without acknowledging what she did wrong nor did she take any accountability amongst other negative things that happened during the call I had with Christine. This was just my personal experience.

  The process is efficient and fast the people are very helpful and kind , I also enjoy doing business with them because theywork with for you not against you. I would recommend them to any and everyone I know due to the awesome service. Thanks Mariel for the great experience

  Logged online to make a payment. They are now charging a service fee for convenience? Called to make a payment and they no longer can take payment over the phone. We agree to pay a high interest rate already and now you want to charge me more? I will be paying off as soon as I can, but will no longer use this company. There are others out there!

  Hi Lois! We are sorry for any inconvenience that this change has caused. Our credit card processor added a processing fee at the beginning of the year. We still have options to avoid these charges like stopping into any Dollar Loan Center location or setting up auto-pay payments at the store level. Hope that helps.

  Don’t waste your time they just ask all of the same info you put in online over and over and you don’t get a decision unless you go in person.

  Bad service setting for more than 30 min with no help there was no people infront of me or after iguess thtas y they didnt bother to help bad bad never coming to this location
