  Dollar Bank is a great bank. Have had my accounts there many years. People who work there are very nice. Good regional bank that supports and sponsors many event's anf the Pittsburgh community. Vvery good baank. Always on top of things.

  Dollar Bank claims that you can pay your mortgage through online banking. What they DON'T tell you is that you can ONLY use this feature if you have a checking account with Dollar Bank as well. If you don't, there are no online/automated option and you have to pay each month by mailing a check or going to a branch. Their online banking is badly outdated. ANY other bill I've had to pay from ANY company, including other mortgages, allows you to connect to checking accounts at other institutions with proper authorization. Not here. We would have taken our business elseware had we known upfront this was the case.

  Very nice staff at all the branches I've been at. I recently switched all my business banking over from Pnc bank. I recommend Dollar Bank highly for personal or business banking.

  Friendly, efficient and helpful branch staff. I like Dollar Bank because they don't nickel and dime you on fees.
