  The service that was performed on my truck was a safety recall and an oil change. My truck still runs good. There was no greasy hand prints anywhere and the engine oil was filled perfectly, not to full and not low. That is what everyone expects right. Besides that I had a coupon for $5.00 off They even dove me home. If this keeps up I doubt if iwould take my truck anywhere else for service.

  I just purchased a 2018 Ram 2500 from Winter Haven Dodge. I was very happy with the price and serviced I received. My salesman, David Ruiz, was very helpful and it was not a high pressure experience. I will definitely purchase form them again!

  The initial person I met with when buying my truck was very nice, but then we had to deal with the manager, Gene. Gene was very unprofessional and condescending. He continually talked down to us when we voiced concerns about the price of the vehicle saying “you just want to feel like you won”. He got very defensive and rude when simply discussing the price of the vehicle, to the point that both my wife and his own salesperson were visibly shaken by the whole encounter. I have never seen a professional get heated like that over an amicable sale. If it wouldn’t have taken the sale away from the nice salesperson who was helping us, I probably would have walked out having been treated so poorly. Everyone else, including the financing department, was nothing but nice and helpful. I understand feeling like you have to be a “tough negotiator” or whatever, but there was no excuse for Gene’s behavior.

  Good evening, I just needed to voice my displeasure at how we have been treated at your dealership. My husband stopped in a couple of weeks ago to look around and ask some questions. At that time he explained how we are looking for a car but due to his disabilities coming in for appointments are not something he can do easily. We then stopped in last week look at a couple of cars asked more questions and stated we look, test drive and then go home to discuss, we also spoke with a salesman and asked him to look for vehicles in out likeing, budget etc, and to let us know. We also asked not to be bombarded with calls wanting us to set appointments. We'll, we've not heard back from the salesperson but our phone has been bombarded by calls wanting us to set appointments, just like we asked not to happen. I just felt you may want to know this, because if this in fact how you operate that is sad, if not maybe it can be rectified. Thanks for your time.

  This service department is very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. In Memphis, these same repairs would take two days. Here, it took 55 minutes. We will choose them from here on out for major maintenance appointments, tires and more. Thank you!

  Go see David Ruiz. He was great to work with and listen to what Ibwas wanting instead of selling me something I didn’t. After a long day at a few dealerships David helped me get into my Jeep at exactly the payment I requested. I was not upsold. He worked a great deal on my trade and was very easy to work with. Eat car buying experience so far. Thanks again to David for helping me find what I need and not just selling me something.
