  For regions closing some branches in Polk county you think you would get excellent service but I find that is not the case.. yes they have more people working but it seems they are not happy.. it takes longer to help you than before when they had fewer people 🙄.. also like another person stated .. I too went to use the atm on a Saturday and it was broke or out of money. Either way I could not use it. Very disappointing.

  Employees are always friendly and professional. I recently moved to Florida and I have never once walked in and someone didn't say hello,smile and if not too busy carry a conversation to see how I am doing.

  The customer service is incredible!!! 💖 I love the employees at this location. I travel 40 mins out of my way just to go here! Thank you guys for making everything easier, faster, and friendly. I feel like they are family.

  Placing a 10 day hold on a measley $255 check?! Lmao What a joke of a bank. Will be closing account as soon as the funds are available!!! Wish I could give 0 stars!!!

  Regions bank customer service sucks... I had called exactly at 9:00 having to wait 30 minutes to be connected to someone only to be told that I have to go inside one of the banks... I mean really you couldn’t hav just told me that without having me to wait 30 minutes just to talk to someone... that’s why when I get things settled I’m leaving regions bank and switching to a different bank cause this bank is horrible

  worse solution center ever, unbelievable I cant trusted my own back about my money , this bank will never have your back and will ask you to solve your own issues with unauthorized transaction , I will closed my account and never make the same mistake again of trusted them again , worse bank ever ,never open any account with REGIONS

  Staff are very friendly. They knew exactly who to refer me to for financial advice. But the ATM is soooo slow.

  Not really cool on a Sunday to come to the only regions bank that's located in Winter Haven, and not have the ATM turned on not cool Regions!

  Drive through ATM constantly unavailable. They need to resolve this issue !
