  Because of the legal situation I was facing, I found myself having to refinance my home. My attorney strongly suggested I go to District Lending and have them assist me. And that was great advice. They were very kind and clear to me with transparent communication throughout the whole process. I highly recommend that you use this place.

  As a first time buyer, I really had no clue on how best to proceed about getting a mortgage. Having researched mortgage rates using comparison websites and contacting individual lenders, I was really confused as to what product was best for me. I got recommended to contact Josh Rapaport at District Lending and I cannot stress enough my gratitude to him and his team for their hardwork, knowledge, constant contact and overall professionalism. The rate he was able to get us was way better than any quote I got from another lender and not only that, the process using their online portal is seamless. I had nightmares about the whole process before it even began but thanks to Josh and co, I'm now sleeping perfectly in my new home!!I couldn't recommend District Lending more, THE BEST IN AZ!!!!

  Working with Josh was such a pleasure! He fought hard to find me the perfect rate. During the process he was very communicative and even got my loan closed in less than 30 days. I was hesitant to refinance at first, but glad I ended up doing so. I highly recommend Josh and his company.

  Josh at District Lending, his team of processors, and the title company he works with are all super nice, helpful, and really quick to respond any time you have a question, or when you're ready to go. From the day we got the quote from Josh to closing was only a total of 20 days, including weekends! Josh took the time to answer any questions I had, including asking him daily what the rates were until we were ready to pull the trigger, he walked me through all of the paperwork, costs, etc. Explained why he works with the companies he works with and what he likes with all of them. I'm a big online/e-mail/digital type of person, and while I chatted with Josh on the phone twice, the rest of the entire process was able to be handled online or through email, and for close the title company sent a notary to our house, so the whole process was really quite simple! Would recommend Josh for any refi needs, and will use him again if we are ever back in the market!

  My wife and were purchasing a home and went under contract on a home. The other lender couldn't get the deal because they had miss calculated my income so we were 2 weeks away from closing and was being told "No". Our realtor told us to Call Josh at District Lending immediately. This guy is incredible. He figured out how to get my deal done in a couple of hours and STILL closed on time. He managed to calm the listing agent down and moved through everything very quickly. We wouldn't be in this house now without their help. Best company ever!

  Josh Phillips with District Lending was my loan officer for a first time home purchase VA loan. My husband and I were incredibly thankful to have worked with Josh throughout this process. He was always available to answer all of our questions, kept us up to date, got us a very competitive rate, and our loan closed without a hitch.
