  I have gotten better customer service from my toilet. When I want to spend my money in your store you dont need to act like you are being forced to help me against your will. Rolling your eyes and a short attitude is more annoying than just not being serviced.

  I took in 27 rings, 6 pair of earrings, 7 pendants and 4 charms. The lady working offered me a whopping $8.00! She is quoted sayong "It's all worthless". I took it all to Toledo Coin Exchange, and walked out of there with over $400 (for the exact same jewelry, but it was "worthless")! Definitely do not recommend cashland, but please, check out Toledo Coin Exchange, they'll do ya right!

  Sold me a fake ring for 250 dollars and when tried to sell it back said it fake and make a complaint do not buy jewelry from them they don’t know what there doing

  Sold my brother a bluetooth speaker that doesn't even work! Over priced firearms! Do not recommend them at all

  If your African american get ready to be treated like the suspect they think you are. I went there up to sell an Gateway laptop i didn't need anymore. One of the sale rep look at my touchscreen computer said it was too slow.. just by looking at it and wouldn't respond to my question but continue to say ''they pass''. My experience at Cashland was short and awful, there no customer relation. I will never go back voice my opinion pawn shop in fremont, Ohio

  Not a good place to goto. They do not negotiate on anything they take in pawn. They will low ball you on your items. Take your stuff to a real pawn shop that does negotiate. Don't waist your time.

  I thought they were rude. Sold me a PS3 1 controlerwith no cord to charge it so how am I suppose to work the PS3 .don't even know if the unit works cause I can't use it

  Terrible I bought a bass guitar in there and they never mentioned that the pick up was broken or that it didn't play. And the help couldn't get any worse I wouldn't go there honestly
