  Brought in a fossil smart watch powered by Google, to get a loan until Wednesday. She didn't look my watch up to see the value of it, she said it's not a Samsung or Apple watch she didn't care, and refused to do business with me. Went around the corner to a different location and they did business with me with the same watch. They show no customer appreciation at. Do not even bother wasting your time with this location.

  They no longer give a fair price for your items. Took a $800 touch screen desktop to loan they offered me $40. I paid a few thousand dollars when I bought it a few years ago.

  Get there and they offer me a price on one of my items which was the cheaper of the two items i brought. After telling me a price one of them comes and tells her that its too high. Then on top of that after 15 mins in the place the place the printer goes down and they tell me that they cant process anything and tell me to try back later. Nice

  They are rude. I called up there and the lady heard me and hung up. I'm in disbelief. I will be taking my money elsewhere. For example about a month ago I brought a ps4, and when I got home and tested it was horrible I guess you cant ask to much from a pawn shop smh

  If you want a better price on your items to sell or pawn, go to the Cashland on Lewis Ave. The Cashland on W. Alexis only gives garage sale pricing on your items.. I definitely got a better price for my items at Cashland on Lewis Ave. by far..

  I put a laptop on layaway and I called to see if I could make a payment for the layaway over the phone since I was out of town they told me no... I lost the laptop because they wouldn’t allow me to make a payment over the phone

  Worst cashland location, they tell you one thing on the phone and then completely low ball you when you get there, staff doesn't do the research needed to give someone the right price, too busy texting and eating to be bothered

  It’s been years since I’ve been here but was in the neighborhood so I figured I’d stop by. The staff was rude and the store was dirty will definitely not be returning!
