  I was shopping for a projector and computer to use with the projector. I worked with a man for about one hour. I kept asking him how much the items cost. At checkout, he let me know he was not going to reduce the listed price. I told him, i wouldn't purchase the items because of the price. The customer service rep began to "loud talk" me, telling the whole store i wouldn't purchase the items after he spent an hour with me. I purchased a brand new projector for less and the new projector has a 3-year warranty.

  I'm sorry you had a negative experience. However, are you sure you reviewed the right store? We are a buy-sell shop that does not have traditional check-out aisles, and we do not have Customer Service Reps. We are a small business of only three people, and none of us remember this interaction. When did it happen?

  Stopped in to look at the bicycles, found a Jamis mountain bike that had good bones and only needed a minor repair, I got it for a fair price. The store does need some cleaning, but it's average for the neighborhood. Thanks!

  These guys are always fair on price, and have offered me more than what I asked for more than one time. It just shows that they are honest people, and not to mention it’s nice supporting a small local business!.

  They are usually pretty fair but just like any pawn shop they are only able to stay in business but making at least double and they try to triple their money... make sure you know what you got and what it's worth on ebay (they judge all their prices off ebay) before you even go in there but they are definitely one of the more legit and fair pawn shops in the toledo area

  Very good place for finding second hand goods. I myself had found very nice music equipment that I've bought here!

  How are you a pawn shop if when in fact someone calls to sell and say your not executing paws. Without even knowing what I was pawning. #ucking tools

  We are not currently offering loans ("pawns"), but we do buy and sell items. We are always straight forward and honest about this when answering questions on the phone.
