  I worked with this company to get my first house and everything went so good that when I bought my second house, I chose to work with them again. The staff was very helpful, answered all my questions, and took their time to inform me about everything. I definitely recommend them to anyone who wants to get a mortgage loan.

  Deplorable company. Any positive review is fake. Unprofessional, non responsive, rude. I fully intend to file a complaint against them with the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation, first thing in the morning of 2/17/22

  Iani and his team are extremely knowledgeable, and dedicated to trying to meet your needs. It is not always simple (depends on many factors- lenders, customer, etc.), but they are able to explore numerous avenues to try to get you closed- whether to refinance or purchasing a home. I've used Dimension for numerous and different types of closings. There is plenty of parking in the office plaza, and the team is fairly responsive, and consistent in high quality customer service.

  Dimension Mortgage Corp are the best! They are very professional,very thorough, they take care of business. Turn around time was awesome. I will recommend Iani Varga and his team they are remarkable, caring and professional. No doubt about it, they have our business. They took care of two purchases for my husband and I, Without a doubt it was a smooth process. Thank You Dimension Mortgage!

  Alert! Please stay away from this company if you looking to refinance or new purchases. Poor quality of customer service, not good in responding calls nor follow up, not professional at all. The worst customer experience I have ever had. I started my refining end of August 2020, after 60 days of running around and tried to close it 3 times and on the day of closing they still have to ask for additional documentation. The owner Lani ended up blaming me for having "bad luck" for the deal not being closed, instead of him not following up with the lender having the closing documents ready before closing. Every time on the day of closing, a different excuse would come up, this happened 3 different times. He promised he would complete all the work but nothing ever got done. He's a big liar. I was so frustrated and told him to keep the loan and I'd rather go somewhere else because he's playing games and wasting my time. I just wondering how they're even in business with such poor service and knowledge.

  I was referred to Dimension Mortgage by my brother who also purchased a home with them. Sheraz, Iani and the rest of the team made this process very smooth for me. They are informative, professional and were a pleasure to work with. I appreciate all of their hard work. This has been a great experience, I highly recommend them!!

  It was a pleasure to work with Iani Varga and his team. As a first time home buyer, what would have been a difficult process was made super easy by the team at Dimension Mortgage. They were incredibly prompt in responding, providing a high level of professionalism, honesty, responsiveness and reassurances during the process. The loan got closed much sooner than I was expecting at an awesome interest rate. The total amount of $ that I finalized paying for the whole deal was much much much lower than I expected. I highly recommend them. Keep up the good job! I would do it again with them no doubt about it. Thank you for all the help, I LOVE my new HOME!!!!!

  I cannot thank Jonathan Varga and Dimension Mortgage enough! They got me approved when noone else would. Jonathan answered all my questions and made himself available to me even after hours. I very much appreciated the level of service from this company. I am now living in the house of my dreams and I wont be throwing money away on rent each month! To anyone who wants to by a home or building but think they cant get approved or you have been denied before I would definitely recommend giving Jonathan Varga and the Dimension team a call.

  Thank you Jonathan Varga and the team at Dimension Mortgage! My experience was easier than I thought Jonathan took the time out to explain all the little things I didn’t understand. We were able to close in less then 30 days which I thought was pretty fast. Now we have our beautiful home and I appreciate everything you guys did to help us!
