  Amazing work from start to finish! Good people are hard to find. Arthur is a great one! Best rate to start - how I made my initial decision Always answers the phone or text within seconds or a couple of minutes even during late hours My house is a gut rehab and finding an appraiser and a home insurance company to work with was difficult. Arthur made it happen!!! Got us the ‘clear to close’ within 32 days (4 days were my delay because I was shopping for a lender) so would have been 28 days. Explained everything very well - always knew next steps Recommended a great home insurance agent (I did my own research and chose Arthur’s pick anyway) The bonus: 1. You feel like you are in good hands 2. One contact person to handle all business (amazing bonus) 3. Honest 3. Very experienced 4. Was able to waive ‘no escrow acct’ fee 👍 Highly recommend and I will work with him again myself in the future as an agent.

  Best in the business!!! I would like to acknowledge the exceptional service that I received during the entire home buying process.   Just closed on my home and couldn't have been happier working with Arthur and his team, through the entire loan process. Going through this process as a first timer can be intimidating but Arthur was super responsive, informative and helpful the whole way through. He made me feel comfortable and I was able to be transparent with him, even on the pieces of the process I didn't full understand. We ran into some issues with the seller while closing the deal, but Arthur set their mind at ease and resolved it with his extensive knowledge of the business and great communication skills. He worked hard with me to make sure we didn't lose the deal. He is a real pleasure to work with and I would recommend to anyone, especially those who might be unsure they can get through the process and purchase their first home.

  Arthur and I have done several deals together over the years on both my personal deals and deals for my buyers. Arthur takes the time to thoroughly explain all options in detail and never rushes with a client. He takes the time to build a relationship with each and every client.
