  My husband and I just purchased our first home, and our experience with Fairway was exceptional from service, to information, to responsiveness. I found Fairway on the advice of my realtor to look to smaller independent mortgage companies for more focused service and to shop around rates, in my experience this was solid advice. We secured a lower interest rate than going with our larger bank, we had a whole team to work on every aspect of the process. We worked with Arthur Blachno, he and his team were so responsive and informative. We made offers on a couple homes over two years of searching in a tough market, and it required keeping our pre-approval updated, some offers didn’t pan out after inspections. On our end, it was an emotional roller coaster, on the part of Arthur and his team, just professionals that do this everyday, no worries and understood exactly what we needed. I highly highly recommend Fairway for homebuyers.
