  I was buying a home with very little notice and needed a lender that could be available for me when I needed them to make sure that the mortgage process was as quick and thorough as possible. Joe came very heavily recommended for his ability to close quickly. Joe was very quick to get back to me and offered very competitive interest rates. He worked with me day and night to get the loan process into underwriting as quick as possible. Never once did I question the quality of his work as I knew he was looking out for my concerns while navigating this process. What I thought was an impossible task was just another success story under Joe's belt. I highly recommend Joe and look forward to using his services in the future.

  As first-time home buyers, knowing little of real estate and the home buying process, we were nervous. We didn’t know where to start when it came to figuring out how much home we could afford. I called Joe Hancock, he literally walked me through every step. I told him our financial situation and our need for a home and he said he’d take care of us. That same day he gave us the pre-approval amount for our home. Joe was even able to put us in contact with a realtor in our area, who was extremely helpful. We looked at various options for financing to find which one would work best for us and ended up finding the best option for us, which we didn’t even know was available. He was able to get us monthly mortgage costs we felt comfortable with. He found all available money saving options and even assisted with shopping for home owners insurance and home warranty programs. We put our trust in Joe and we’re very glad we did. I’d refer anyone to Joe not only because of his work ethic and the money he was able to save us, but mainly because he is a really good person. Thank you Joe! Jenna and I really appreciate all the hours you put in for us, all the phone calls you endured (of us freaking out about every step), and just all you did for us!

  Joe was there to help every step of the way! He did so with professionalism and patience. Joe also worked around my wife’s and my wife’s to work schedule causing him to work nights and weekends at times. Highly recommend 👌🏻

  We just bought a home and joe Hancock was a huge help! He made our experience easy and enjoyable. He was there to answer our questions day or night and we had a ton of them! He was very patient with us as we didn’t understand alot of things since this was our first home. We are so thankful! I would 10/10 recommend him and his services! You won’t be disappointed.   It is my absolute pleasure to refer Joe Hancock to anyone in search of a mortgage lender. Looking back now, I realize how lucky I was to have worked with Joe as my lender on purchasing my first home. We had done everything right: saved a down payment, deleted all debt, established perfect credit- and yet our closing process was fraught with disasters. Our realtor had terrible customer service and basically stopped communicating with us towards the end of our process. The bank who owned the property pushed our closing out multiple times and it ended up taking over 6 months. We were called with a closing date last minute and no realtor to attend teh closing and more importantly,no office or closer. We were so blessed to have Joe offer to stay late (until after 7PM) and open his office to us so that we would be able to sign for our home; Joe even reached out to the closer circuit to make sure we found someone to assist us that day. Without Joe, I can say for certain we would not have our home. I exclusively refer him to each and every person I know looking for a home. Joe listened to what WE wanted and did not try and push us on anything we weren't comfortable with. He got us the best rate on the market, and provided incredible customer service. While you typically have to sacrifice something for the best price, I found that with Joe you get it all.
