  I recently switched to Radiant Credit Union and they made the entire process a breeze. I worked with Jessica Whitcomb. She is very knowledgeable and is sure to tell me everything they offer. She is friendly and has great customer service skills. She takes pride in her work and strives to make her customer happy. I am looking forward to many years with Radiant.

  When my checking account was compromised by a thief, Ms. Tanner Weaver from Radiant Credit Union contacted me to verify that a check was legitimate. When I told her no, she immediately took action to deny payment of the fraudulent check. Then she directed me to go to a Radiant branch and close my account. At the Archer Road branch, Jen Jones and Erica Bakke assisted me in closing one account and opening a new one. They were awesome! They helped me figure out whom I needed to contact to change my account information. Their customer service and professionalism were more than outstanding. Thanks to those three ladies, my funds were not stolen! I appreciate their help. God bless all three!

  I am really happy with the service from Radiant Credit Union. The bank I was with changed to a new bank and wanted to charge service fees so I found Radiant Bank as my NEW BANK..they welcome me with a smile, No Service Fee, no Balance minimum, they are closer to my home, also not long after I was able to get a Credit Card with low interest..Thanks! THOSE LOOKING FOR A GREAT BANK GO TO RADIANT CREDIT UNION!!

  My experience with Radiant credit union has been great! They worked very hard and quickly to help me with the things I needed.   We have had several dealings with Radiant from truck loans to refinancing our home. Dealing with Radiant, especially Caity Townsend and Johnny Martinez, has been a wonderful experience. Every transaction went smoothly. I would highly recommend Radiant Credit Union to everyone.

  I had to switch my bank account unexpectedly due to an unforeseen reason and Jessica Whitcomb at the Alachua branch was most helpful & completely professional. She made the transition easy and I left feeling completely confident that my money was safe. She answered all of my questions proficiently and her customer service skills and knowledge of banking were top notch! I like a pleasant experience, but I like the feeling of security more, and I left with both! 5 stars all day any day!!

  Angel at the Alachua branch was amazing! I went in to open a checking account. It took a little longer than expected, it was at the end of the day. Angel remained with us after his shift to make sure we got everything squared away. This was so impressive. I am so glad I decided to go to this credit union to open my checking account. Thank you!! Angel Rocks!

  Angel was absolutely great work with. He was very patient with us when I had two toddlers with me, I had couple questions was able answer them all, and give me more information help with credit. He got back with me quickly with any questions or concerns I had.
